Phone protection plans cover:
Cracked Screens
Covers unintentional or accidental damage to fix your phone screen if it gets cracked, including iPhone screen repair and Android screen repair.
Protection Plans cover laptop repair, MacBook repair, iPad repair, TV repair and other electronics. Cancel anytime without a cancellation fee.
Additional device protection plans cover:
Cracked Screens
Covers unintentional or accidental damage if your device screen gets cracked.
Accidental Damage
Covers unintentional or accidental damage due to normal and everyday use of your device, including drops, liquid spills, cracked screens and damaged screens that could impact the normal functioning of your device.
Mechanical Breakdown
Covers mechanical, electrical or major component failure after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. In some cases, you will be covered for failure not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, such as Surge Protection.
Surge Protection
Covers when your device is damaged by a sudden spike in electricity or power surge.
‘No Lemon’ Guarantee
If your device fails and has been repaired over 3 times under this Protection Plan for the same problem, your device will be replaced with a comparable device or you will be provided with reimbursement for a replacement.

Repair when you want*, where you want
During the term of your Protection Plan, if your screen gets cracked:

Get your phone screen repaired
- Visit a repair shop of your choice
- Keep your repair receipt

Check that your receipt includes:
- Repair date and cost
- Phone make and model
- Shop name and address

Upload a photo of your repair receipt through the app
- An agent will review your claim
- Get updates on your claim status through the app
Once your claim is successful, a check will be issued. You will be reimbursed up to $100 per subscription term, less $25 deductible applied to the original claim amount.
