NP1681476419 is the new order number. I did a chat and can't remember the person's name but I want to take the time to send this in because the tech was very helpful. I had a yearly renewal but money has been tight. It was $244. I was not thrilled that Norton kept attempting the renewal for about a week. Over and over and over... I really dont like that. Like 2 attempts after a fail should tell yoy the person has money issues. I also didn't have time to deal with internet security. It wasn't my priority. So I was extremely annoyed when I went in and saw my bank account over drawn today. I just deposited $2000 in there and the check hasn't even cleared but I wasn't expecting Norton to make another attempt. I was going to figure out my internet security this week. Anyway after seeing that I was forced to deal with it today. In the end I kept Norton and downgraded some. The tech in the chat was great.

Norton is a solid and reliable product that I trust for everyday protection. The overall experience is above average, and the service teams show good integrity and professionalism. That said, installation and navigation could be more intuitive, especially for new or less‑experienced users. The PC world as a whole is evolving, and Norton has an opportunity to lead by integrating smarter, more seamless technologies. A dedicated effort to simplify the layout and unify the experience across Norton products would go a long way.
